Moved advisor onboarding from a manual Typeform, Google Sheets, and database workflow into a self-serve Pulse platform flow with Stripe billing, survey setup, and in-platform client communication.

Problem
Advisors were previously onboarded through a setup wizard and Typeform flow that fed Google Sheets. The team then manually created advisor records in pgAdmin, provisioned discovery surveys in Typeform, added clients one by one with unique identifiers, generated survey links manually, and handled payment outside the product.
Goal
Replace a manual, multi-person onboarding process with a faster, scalable advisor setup experience that handled billing, activation, survey setup, and communication inside one system.
